I woke up with this pain like a crushing band around my left foot.
Why does it feel like i have a rubber band around my ankle.
It comes and goes like a spasm and has been doing this for more than 12 hours off and on all day.
I have this on my l foot and the other just mildly so.
Xray and ultrasound showed plantar fasciitis tendonitis and heel spur.
Epidurals do help but i m not gonna do them just for this stupid pain.
I suspect it s idiopathic peripheral neuropathy reported the doctor there is no known cure and it will in all probability get worse.
I had been experiencing tingling at the bottom of both feet and a feeling of tight rubber bands around my right ankle.
It s only on one side it feels like a rubber band is around the middle of my calf about where trouser socks hit.
