Will The Lp60 Wear My Vinyls Quickly

I have really loved my experience with vinyl so far and i would like to find something relatively cheap that can last me for awhile so this is a big decision.

Will the lp60 wear my vinyls quickly.

The lp60 on the other hand will not be suitable for scratching as it is belt drive and scratching will make the belt wear out quickly and break. Plays records a bit too fast. I am ok with my lp60 and i suspect there are at least a few people here who feel the same way and may have this same problem someday. But it comes standard on their turntables and certainly sounds a lot better compared to a lp60 i m sure.
